1. General Policy
All services provided by BacklinkPrice are delivered through manual outreach, content creation, and third-party publisher relationships. Due to the labor-intensive and non-recoverable nature of this work, all sales are considered final once work has commenced. However, we are committed to fair treatment and will evaluate every refund request on its merits in accordance with the conditions below.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: We are unable to fulfill your order within double the stated turnaround time (e.g. 28 business days for a 14-day service) and have not communicated an agreed extension.
- Order Not Started: You cancel your order before any outreach or content work has been initiated (within 24 hours of payment).
- Duplicate Payment: You are charged twice for the same order due to a system error.
- Wrong Service Delivered: We deliver a materially different service from what was ordered and cannot correct it within 7 business days.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Work has commenced (outreach sent, content written, or placement confirmed)
- You change your mind after work has started
- Dissatisfaction with SEO results, rankings, or traffic — we do not guarantee outcomes
- Links are removed after the 90-day guarantee period (replacements, not refunds, apply within 90 days)
- You provided incorrect target URLs or anchor text and work was completed based on that information
- Your website was penalized by Google after link placement
- You filed a payment chargeback before contacting us for resolution
4. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be considered in the following situations:
- Only a portion of a multi-link package was fulfilled and we cannot complete the remaining links
- A delivered link is at a significantly lower DR than ordered and we cannot replace it within 14 days
Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis based on links delivered versus links ordered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@backlinkprice.com with:
- Your order reference number
- The service purchased
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshot of missing link, error message)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Order Cancellations
- Before work starts (within 24 hours of payment): Full refund, no questions asked.
- After work has started but before delivery: No refund. We will complete the order as agreed.
- Recurring or bulk orders: Each installment is treated as a separate order under this policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly before raising a dispute with your payment provider or bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be treated as a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension and pursuit of recovery costs.
