BacklinkPrice provides SEO link building services including: Link Insertion, Link Insertion with Brand Mention, and Guest Posting. All services are subject to site availability, niche suitability, and outreach success. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

• All orders must be paid in full before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order is the price charged.
• We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer.
• By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• In the event of a disputed chargeback filed without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to suspend services and pursue recovery of costs incurred.

• Link Insertion: 7–14 business days
• Link Insertion with Brand Mention: 10–16 business days
• Guest Posting: 14–21 business days

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to site owner response times, editorial review, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate target URLs, anchor texts, and any required brand/content information promptly
• Ensure target URLs are live, functional, and not in violation of any laws
• Not use our services to build links to websites containing illegal content, malware, adult content (unless pre-approved), or content that violates Google's Webmaster Guidelines
• Not resell our services without prior written permission

We provide a 90-day guarantee on all placed links. If any link is removed within 90 days of delivery, we will replace it with a comparable or better link at no additional cost. After 90 days, links are subject to the policies of the third-party website and we accept no responsibility for removal. We do not guarantee specific DR scores, traffic numbers, or ranking improvements as a result of placed links.

All content on https://backlinkprice.com — including text, graphics, logos, and tools — is the intellectual property of BacklinkPrice and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Guest post articles written by us for your order become your property upon delivery. You may not reproduce or redistribute our website content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BacklinkPrice's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, rankings, traffic, or business opportunity.
• We are not responsible for algorithm updates, Google penalties, or ranking changes that occur after link placement.

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control including Google algorithm updates, your website's existing authority, competition, and content quality. We make no guarantee of specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes as a result of our link building services. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

You may not use our services or website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Build links to websites promoting hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with the operation of our website or services
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or relationships with publishers

We reserve the right to cancel orders and ban accounts for violations without refund.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may cancel an order before work has commenced for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, USA.
